Mr. Dobkin arrived here to participate in a convention of delegates from eleven Latin American countries in connection with the United Jewish campaign conducted in these countries. This is the first time that a convention for the fund-raising campaign is being convoked from the entire Latin American continent, More than 150 delegates from the eleven countries will participate in the convention, which will discuss means to mobilize increased financial aid to Israel. The convention will open Saturday evening.
Represented at the convention will be Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela.
