Jews Held for Unpremeditated Murder out on Bail

The four Jews of Sanhedria who were committed for trial for the unpremeditated murder of an Arab during the outbreaks, were released on bail.

An Arab witness in the investigation into the Miller case in Haifa, was arrested on the charge of perjury. The magistrate declared that the prosecution was prejudicing the case by producing such a discreditable witness.
