The Finance Budget Committee of the Austrian Parliament approved a Cabinet draft which provides for a division of the returns from sales of heirless and unclaimed property of victims of the Nazi era estimated as worth 140, 000, 000 schillings ($5,600,000).
Eighty percent of this sum, under the division formula, will be turned over to an organization for needy Jewish victims and the balance to an organization for non-Jewish ones.
