A two-day conference to discuss problems facing the Jewish communities in Brazil opened here last night with 70-delegates representing Jewish organizations in the eight major cities of Brazil attending. The conference, which will decide on plans for increasing communal activities, was opened with speeches eulogizing the late President Chaim Weizmann of Israel.
