Jews in Brazil’s major commercial city were warned that they may be under surveillance by unknown forces. The 60,000 Jews in Sao Paulo, who make up half of Brazil’s entire Jewish community, were told this week that they should be on alert for cars parked in front of Jewish institutions with people taking pictures and writing notes.
