A circular issued by the Prussian Minister of Justice orders the courts in Prussia not to set the date of trials in which Jews are parties for Saturdays of Jewish holidays.

The Minister of Justice, however, made the provision that this instruction is valid only if the Jewish parties express the objection to coming to court on the Sabbath and holidays.
