More than 130 Jewish, Catholic and Protestant clergymen and laymen and women will participate in a three-day interfaith “Live in” for the “community of faith in the service of mankind” to be held here from October 22 to 25 at the new John XXIII Center for Christian Renewal.
The event has drawn participants from Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati who will be joined by leading clergymen from other areas. Among these will be Rabbi Marc Tanenbaum, director of the interreligious affairs department of the American Jewish Committee; the Most Rev. Paul J. Hallinan, Archbishop of Atlanta; Father Demetrios Constantelos of Holy Cross Seminary; Dr. Elwyn Smith, editor of the Journal of Ecumenical Studies, and Mark Gibbs, president of the Audenshaw Foundation in London.
