The chairman of the Palestine Polish chamber of commerce in Tel Aviv, Mr. Chelcouche, will be a delegate to the silk congress called by the Lebanese government in Beirut. Others who will attend are Victor Cohen, Pica manager, and De Leon, adviser of silk culture for the Palestine government as the latter’s official representative.
