Czechoslovakian Jewry and Jews throughout the world will join the entire Czechoslovakian nation in honoring Professor Thomas G. Masaryk, founder and first president of the Czechoslovakian republic, on the occasion of his eighty-fifth birthday today.

A testimonial dinner to commemorate Masaryk’s birthday will be given in New York tonight at the Waldorf-Astoria, at which numerous well-known American-Jewish leaders will be among the speakers.

To world Jewry President Masaryk is a heroic figure because of his championship of Jewish rights.
