Johann Hartmann, arrested last week in Colombia on suspicion of being Martin Bormann, Hitler’s chief aide, has been invited to visit West Germany by the German Tourist Center in Frankfurt. The Center said Hartmann is a Jew who migrated to Colombia from Germany in 1926.
