The hope that Israeli President Dr. Chaim Weizmann will be able to visit the Union of South Africa was voiced here by Bernard Gering, chairman of the South African Zionist Federation, upon his return from a visit to Israel. He said the Federation would charter a special plane to bring Weizmann to this country if the Israeli President decides to make the trip.
