Dr. Bernard Kahn, European director of the Joint Distribution Committee, and David J. Schweitzer, assistant European director, are arriving in Warsaw today to study the economic situation of Polish Jewry and to acquaint themselves with the activities and institutions maintained and subsidized by the Joint Distribution Committee.
Dr. Kahn will visit the villages and towns throughout Poland and report to the head office in New York. Mr. Schweitzer will study the state of the finances of the social institutions.
