Jews and Arabs living outside of Israel and Arab countries were urged to start a movement toward peace in the Middle East by Tuffic Mappar, Jordanian honorary consul here. In an interview which appeared in the mass circulation daily newspaper, Folha de Sao Paulo, Mr. Mappar declared that the peace movement should be started in Brazil.
