Messages of felicitation, including a message of congratulations from Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization, were received yesterday by Joseph Cowen. prominent Zionist leader, on the occasion of his sixtieth birthday.
Mr. Cowen, who was formerly president of the English Zionist Federation, is head of the Jewish Colonial Trust and active member of the Zionist Executive.
