Judah David Eisenstein, oldest Yiddish and Hebrew writer here, died today. He was 101 years old. Born in Poland, he came to the United States in 1872. Editor and publisher of “Ozar Yisroel” and “Ozar Midrashim,” he was also the author of a book in English–“The Authenticity of the Torah.”
