Judge Irving Lehman will speak on “Needs of Young Men and Young Women as Revealed by the Experience of the Jewish Welfare Board” this afternoon at the public hearing of the New York Committee on the Use of Leisure Time appointed by the National Recovery Administration. The hearing is taking place at the New York Bar Association Building. Judge Lehman is president of the National Jewish Welfare Board.
