Julius S. Loewenthal, a New York real estate executive and a former vice-president of the American Jewish Committee, died here last night at the age of 57. He was a former president of the New York chapter of the Committee, and a founder of the New York State Committee on Discrimination in Housing and the National Committee Against Discrimination in Housing. Funeral services will be held Friday in New York.
