Junior Hadassah’s nation-wide campaign for 5,000 new members is progressing in 200 cities, the organization reported Friday. Culmination of the drive is scheduled for November 25, when simultaneous celebrations will be held. The membership at present is 10,000.
The celebrations will include dances, parties, fashion shows, masquerades, suppers and indoor circuses. The New York unit aims to double its enrollment of 350, while the Brooklyn chapter, with 400 members, also aspires to a 100 per cent increase.
The national campaign is under the direction of Miss Nell Ziff of Minneapolis.
