I. Montefiore Levy, former Justice of the Domestic Relations Court here, and for many years active in Zionist and other Jewish communal affairs nationally and locally, died at his home here last night. He was 78.
Born and educated in New York, Justice Levy had been honorary president of District 7 of the Zionist Organization of America; former president of the New York Guild for the Jewish Blind; a trustee of the American Jewish Committee; and was active in the work of the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies.
