The National Jewish Welfare Board will sponsor a conference of Jewish center leaders in New York January 18 to study conditions facing Jewish organizations planning construction programs in over 100 communities throughout the country, it was announced here. Philip M. Klutznick, chairman of the Jewish center division committee of the JWB, and former head of the Federal Public Housing Authority, will preside.
