A community-wide campaign to raise upwards of $750,000 for development of a medical center to include a Home For Jewish Aged and an addition to Menorah Hospital to provide a hospital for chronically ill will be launched tomorrow by the Jewish Welfare Federation of Greater Kansas City.
Pre-campaign solicitation by a special gifts committee already has brought in $659,000 of the three-quarter million dollar goal. Approximately 5,000 Jewish homes will be solicited in the drive.
