Alexander Kerensky, who headed the provisional government of Russia from April to October, 1917, last night addressed a memorial meeting called here by the American ORT and the Union of Rumanian Jews to mark the first anniversary of the death of Dr. Leon Bramson, late president of the World ORT. Kerensky recalled the part played by Dr. Bramson in bringing about the emancipation of Russian Jewry. Dr. Jules Brutzkus, OSE leader, presided at the meeting.
