Kfar Ruppin, a kibbutz on the River Jordan, which since the Six-Day war has become a front line target in Israel, has celebrated its 30th anniversary. The kibbutz has been under almost daily attack from Jordan since the Six-Day war. The kibbutz, settled 30 years ago, was among the first in the Beisan Valley, thus helping to fix a border of Israel at statehood.
