Kim Weissman of Baltimore, who at 16 was the youngest delegate to the General Council meeting of the World Jewish Congress here last week, crocheted a yarmulka with the name “Jimmy” on it, and presented it to President Carter Thursday evening. Miss Weissman represented the National Conference of Synagogue Youth, which she said was a 30,000-member organization.
