Three charitable funds totalling $210,000 were established by the late Louis E. Kirstein, according to his will which was filed for probate yesterday. The Associated Jewish Philanthropies of Boston, of which Mr. Kirstein had been president, received on outright gift of $50,000, while the remainder of the $210,000 is divided between two chartable trust funds, one of which is set up by the will and the other of which was created by Mr. Kirstein in 1939.
