Kissinger believes that new mediation is possible in the Middle East, In talks with West German leaders in Bonn this week, he said mediation was possible if there were real prospects of success, diplomatic sources here revealed today Before making any commitment, Kissinger apparently wants to await the outcome of President Ford’s talks with President Anwar Sadat of Egypt and Premier Yitzhak Rabin of Israel. The Middle East featured largely in the Secretary’s discussions in West Germany.
