Konstantin Semyonov, noted Soviet novelist, has accepted an invitation to visit Israel and will arrive here in March as the guest of the Israel Writers Union. His acceptance of the invitation is in line with a marked change in Moscow policy with respect to cultural relations between Israel and the Soviet Union. In the past, Israeli invitations were ignored in Moscow but in recent months there have been acceptances, notably by outstanding Soviet musicians.
