Creation of an atmosphere of Gapitalism instead of Communism and misuse of bank funds in connection with his direction of the Commercial and Industrial Bank, are charged against Alexander Krasnotchekoff, formerly Alexander Tobelson a Chicago Attorney. The prosecutor, M. Krylenko, has exacted from the accused a confession of the fact that he lent his brother Jacob $5,000, but claims that this would have been repaid if opportunity had been given before his brother was also placed under arrest. Sentence in the case is expected today.
