Dr. Kurt Blumenfeld, German Zionist leader now resident in Palestine, has been appointed head of the Organization and Propaganda Department of the Hebrew University.
Before coming here, Dr. Blumenfeld was president of the German Zionist Federation more than ten years and a member of the Zionist Actions Committee since 1920.
