L.W. Neumark was elected president of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland. He succeeds Max Simon, who served the constitutional limit of three consecutive terms. Mr. Neumark, a federation trustee for many years, served as chairman of its Jewish Welfare Fund Campaign, and headed the Federation’s budget, social agency and other major committees.
