Plans for the post-war world, immediate rescue of European Jewry, and reconstruction of Palestine as a Jewish Commonwealth will be the major topics of the Extraordinary Convention of the American Labor Zionist movement, which will be held at the Hotel Pennsylvania, beginning Friday, March 26, through Sunday, March 28, it was announced here today.
The Convention will be attended by 1,000 delegates from the United States and Canada, representing the five constituent national organizations composing the Labor Zionist movement; the Poale Zion-Zeire Zion, Jewish National Workers’ Alliance, Pioneer Women’s Organization, League for Labor Palestine, and Habonim Labor Zionist Youth, Papers on the situation of the Jews throughout the world today will be presented at special sessions on Saturday by prominent authorities on Jewish Affairs.
