In view of a number of protests received by the Central Election Committee from several towns regarding the lack of punctuality in the World Zionist Congress election proceedings an investigation has been started and the distribution of the mandates has been postponed. New elections have been ordered for this Sunday in Kielce.
To date, results from 290 districts in Poland register approximately 150,000 votes, with the Palestine Laborites far in the lead with 66,365. Following in order are the Jabotinsky Revisionists, 32,411 votes; Mizrachi, 23,890; General Zionists, 17,386; Hitachduth, 3,869; Grossman’s Democratic Revisionists, 3,457 and Et-libnoth, 1,960.
