A measure outlawing racial propaganda as criminal slander is urged by Harold Laski, chairman of the executive committee of the Labor Party, writing in the Daily Herald, the party organ. In the case of anti-Jewish propaganda, Laski suggests that the Chief Rabbi or the Board of Deputies of British Jews should be permitted to sue the offenders for criminal libel.
