Ida Nudel, the “angel” of the Soviet Jewish emigration movement, was released from her four years of exile in Siberia today and is on her way to Moscow, the Union of Councils for Soviet Jewry reported here today. Soviet Jewry groups have been urging the Soviet government to allow Ms. Nudel, 51, to join her family in Israel as soon as she is released.
