The United Jewish Campaigns in Mexico and Peru are expected to bring in 50 percent more than last year. Eliahu Dobkin, Jewish Agency member, declared here today upon his arrival from Brazil. Mr. Dobkin, who has visited the United States, Canada, Mexico, Peru and Brazil during his present tour, expressed confidence that the Brazilian campaign, which he helped launch, will also raise more money this year than last.
