Lawrence Peirez, a vice-president of B’nai B’rith, and chairman of the civil rights committee of the Anti-Defamation League, died of a heart attack Friday at 61. He had been a national commissioner of the ADL, a member of the B’nai B’rith Board of Governors and chairman of the B’nai B’rith personnel policy committee. Funeral services will be held tomorrow in Great Neck, N.Y., where he had resided.
