Efforts inaugurated by some student groups to launch a campaign for the introduction in Czechoslovakian colleges and universities of a numerus clausus, a law for the limitation of the number of Jewish students to be admitted, were rebuked in a resolution adopted by the national convention of the Federation of Czechoslovakian Lawyers.
The seven hundred delegates attending the convention pledged themselves to combat in any form, open or secret, such limitations.
