Lawyers for Israeli hackers accused of breaking into overseas computer systems filed pre-trial motions to have the charges against their clients dismissed. Attorneys for Ehud Tanenbaum, known as “The Analyzer,” and three other youths argued that it is unclear whether breaking into a computer located abroad is a criminal offense in Israel.
