Iraqian Arabs were ordered by their leaders today to discontinue anti-Jewish terrorism that is reported to have taken the lives of fifteen Jews since last April when the Palestine Arab disorders broke out.
The Iraqi Committee for the Palestine Arabs, which had been pushing anti-Jewish activities in sympathy with the recently ended general strike of their Holy Land coreligionists, issued the following manifesto:
“As the Palestine Arabs have obeyed the Arab Kings and ceased their strike and violence, so must the Iraqians obey their King and live at peace with the Jews.”
