The negotiation between the Anglo-Jewish Association and the Board of Deputies of British Jews on the formation of a Joint Foreign Committee to deal with problems of persecuted Jews have reached a stalemate, it was announced today. Both sides published an exchange of correspondence indicating that no agreement could be reached on the composition of a joint body.
