solution for the problem of the German Jewish refugees, and it is necessary to bear in mind that the increasingly improving relations between the Jews and non-Jews must not be disturbed.

The refugee problem should be transferred to the second Commission in connection with the Dutch resolution, Ormsby-Gore asserted.

Henri Berenger, the French delegate, supported Ormsby-Gore, adding that not all refugees want to go to Palestine.

Freidrich von Keller, German representative, emphasized the general aspect of the refugee problem which should be dealt with by the second Commission, while in regard to Palestine, the German government in dealing with the problem has introduced special negotiations, he said.

Dr. Lange was appointed rapporteur of the commission on the question.
