The Syrian-trained chairman of the Lebanese Students Union was arrested by police here today after infiltrating the country with a gang of saboteurs. He was charged with agitating for civil disobedience and strikes among young, educated Arabs of the West Bank and East Jerusalem. The student leader, whose arrest was disclosed this morning, is in his senior year at Beirut University, and is a member of the Palestine Liberation Organization.
