Government Herbert Lehman, director general of UNRRA, told a press conference here that displaced persons camps in the American zone in Germany have shown great improvement. He acknowledged, however, that the present flow of supplies and the type of housing is not entirely adequate.
Lehman said that UNRRA is cooperating with the Joint Distribution Committee in caring for German-Jewish refugees in China.
