Leib Jaffe, director of Keren Hayesod, has returned from Cuba where he conducted the 1943 campaign for the Palestine Foundation Fund. Before his departure from Cuba, Mr. Jaffe was received by the President of the Cuban Republic, Fulgencio Batista.
