The absurd charge that Theodore Herzl, founder and first president of the Zionist Organization, was poisoned by Achad Ha’am, late Hebrew philosopher, is made in a leaflet circulated here by a group of Russian anti-Semites active in Jugoslavia.

Libel action is planned against the group for publishing the leaflet, which also contains other accusations.
