The United Hias Service today reported an offer from the Liberian Government to admit Jewish specialists and craftsmen from North Africa seeking admission to new countries. The report was issued on the basis of information brought by Dr. Henry Shoshes, overseas representative of the organization, who just returned from Liberia where he was decorated by the government.
