Libyan soldiers or civilians are taking part in terrorist activities in Israel, according to reliable information. But Israeli forces have so far not captured any terrorists who are residents of Libya. Defense Minister Moshe Dayan told the Knesset this afternoon in reply to a parliamentary question. In reply to another question Dayan confirmed that Israel has warned Lebanon that it must assume responsibility for the renewed terrorist activity from Lebanese soil.
