Lieberman’s Body to Be Transferred to Poland After the War

The body of Dr. Herman Lieberman, Jewish Minister of Justice in the Polish Cabinet, lies in state today in the Polish Embassy awaiting the funeral on Friday.

Dr. Lieberman, a member of the Jewish Community at the time of his death, will be buried without religious ceremonies in the “Atheist Section” of the High gate cemetery, in accordance with his wishes. In the same section lie buried Karl Marx and the famous Polish Socialist leader Stanislaw Wordell. Lieberman will rest in a grave next to Wordell. After the war it is planned to move his body to Poland for final burial.
