Charges of direct collusion between Leon Degrelle, youthful Belgian Fascist leader, and German Nazi leaders were published here today, the Havas News Agency reported.
Both L’Oeuvre and Le Petit Parisien claimed to have absolute proof that Degrelle was in Berlin on Sept. 27 and consulted there with officials of the German Foreign Office.
