Louis Lipsky, veteran Zionist leader, will be the principal speaker at the semi-annual meeting of the Sea-board Zionist Region Executive here on Sunday, October 21, it was announced today.
Mr. Lipsky will devote his speech to a discussion of the efforts now being made to arouse deeper interest among the American Jews in the extraordinary progress in Palestine. He will also touch upon the United Jewish Appeal, of which he is co-chairman.
The agenda will also include a discussion of the Jewish National Fund and Kfar Ussishkin and the formulation of plans for the drive for the Jewish National Fund.
Simon J. Levin, director for the region will report on Zionist activities in the region, since the last meeting in Richmond, Virginia.
